Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
- proven leadership experience in luxury hotel operations
- strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage and Rooms departments
- ability to manage multiple departments independently
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- time management and negotiation skills
- proficiency in English
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

- current or recent role as Director of Operations, AGM, Hotel Manager, Director of F&B, or General Manager

- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions
- manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- develop and implement service standards aligned with brand expectations
- create and nurture a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- build strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety regulations
