Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
  • proven leadership experience in luxury hotel operations
  • strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage and Rooms departments
  • ability to manage multiple departments independently
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • time management and negotiation skills
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • develop and implement service standards aligned with brand expectations
  • create and nurture a positive, collaborative workplace culture
  • build strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety regulations
