Job Description

The Seattle Airport Marriott, located at 3201 South 176th Street, Seattle, Washington, is a full-service hotel operated by Spire Hospitality, an independent franchisee. Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of hotel leadership experience including at least 2 years as a division head or higher in food and beverage at a full-service Marriott
  • strong background in rooms division and front office leadership
  • experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations banquet services and outlet profitability
  • ability to analyze performance data diagnose opportunities and take decisive action
  • comfortable with Marriott systems and tools such as MGS FMPMS and MARSHA
  • willing to work full time on site in Seattle Washington

Job Qualifications

  • experience managing high-volume food and beverage operations banquet services and outlet profitability

Job Duties

  • provide guidance and leadership to the hotel ensuring consistent compliance to hotel policies and quality customer service
  • indirectly supervise the entire hotel and make policies and develop plans for carrying out work programs
  • act as general manager in the absence of the general manager
  • analyze performance data diagnose opportunities and take decisive action
  • develop talent and lead teams by leveraging strengths
