Unlike corporate-owned hotels, this franchisee functions as a separate business entity responsible for all aspects of employment and operational decisions. These include hiring, compensation, benefits, staffing, and policy implementation. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel leadership experience
  • At least 2 years in food and beverage leadership at a Marriott full-service hotel
  • Proficient with Marriott operational systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume food and beverage operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
  • At least 2 years as a division head or higher in Food & Beverage at a full-service Marriott
  • Strong background in Rooms Division and Front Office leadership
  • Experience managing high-volume Food & Beverage operations
  • Experience with banquet services and outlet profitability
  • Proficiency in Marriott systems and tools such as MGS, FMPMS, MARSHA
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Passion for people development
  • Strengths-based leadership approach

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the hotel
  • Ensure consistent compliance with hotel policies
  • Deliver quality customer service
  • Supervise the entire hotel indirectly
  • Develop policies and work programs
  • Act as General Manager in the absence of the General Manager
  • Analyze performance data and take decisive actions
