Job Description
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Spire Hospitality. Unlike corporate-owned hotels, this franchisee functions as a separate business entity responsible for all aspects of employment and operational decisions. These include hiring, compensation, benefits, staffing, and policy implementation. The independent nature of this franchisee means that employees working here are not employed by Marriott International but rather by Spire Hospitality itself, providing a unique workplace culture that blends the standards of Marriott's renowned hospitality with the localized control and autonomy of an independent operator.
