Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience
  • experience leading teams in luxury hospitality environments
  • strong background in Food & Beverage and Rooms operations
  • excellent time management and negotiation skills
  • ability to independently manage each department
  • effective communication skills with guests and staff
  • fluency in English
  • college-level reasoning, math, and language proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in full-service hotel operations
  • proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality settings
  • strong background in Food & Beverage management
  • operational knowledge of Front Desk and Rooms divisions
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strategic thinking with financial acumen
  • ability to manage multiple departments independently
  • proficiency in English with college-level reasoning and math skills
  • current or previous roles such as Director of Operations, AGM, Hotel Manager, Director of F&B, or General Manager

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage hotel operations with a focus on both Food & Beverage and Rooms departments
  • inspire and motivate team members to exceed guest expectations
  • oversee seamless daily operations ensuring high standards of service quality
  • develop and implement innovative service initiatives across restaurants, bars, and events
  • manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
  • foster a collaborative and trust-based leadership environment
  • train, mentor, and develop staff to nurture future leaders within the property
