Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in luxury hotel management
- Background in food and beverage management
- Experience leading teams in a union environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive market
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business conditions

Job Duties
- Drive product guest experience and business results
- Balance product quality with cost management to deliver profitability
- Build trusted rapport with ownership and asset managers
- Maintain guest-centric and visible presence throughout the hotel and community
- Manage and inspire a unionized hotel team
- Build strong connections with residence owners and local community influencers
- Support and align team on project management to deliver new building and service products
