Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in luxury hotel management
  • Background in food and beverage management
  • Experience leading teams in a union environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive market
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business conditions

Job Duties

  • Drive product guest experience and business results
  • Balance product quality with cost management to deliver profitability
  • Build trusted rapport with ownership and asset managers
  • Maintain guest-centric and visible presence throughout the hotel and community
  • Manage and inspire a unionized hotel team
  • Build strong connections with residence owners and local community influencers
  • Support and align team on project management to deliver new building and service products
