Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent hospitality education
  • At least 2 years of hotel experience
  • Prior experience in a similar management role preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Professional demeanor reflecting company culture

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations
  • Oversee various hotel departments daily
  • Assist with budget management and financial oversight
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Foster team performance and operational excellence
  • Contribute to a culture of exceptional guest experience
