Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 6 years of progressive hotel management experience
- experience in condo-hotel operations preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- adherence to company standards and policies
- ability to handle crises and problem-solve effectively
- availability to work varied schedules including peak periods
- commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
- physical ability to perform light work

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- at least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- experience with condo-hotel preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Participate in hotel sales efforts including meeting clients and hosting receptions
- tour operating departments daily ensuring smooth operation and staffing
- maintain luxury standards across all touchpoints including lobby, amenities, and private residences
- handle emergencies and crisis management calmly and efficiently
- conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions
- hold monthly financial reviews and maintain budget productivity
- develop managers through training and corporate programs
- ensure compliance with payroll, PCI compliance and hotel policies
- oversee property cleanliness and maintenance
- forecast hotel financial position and analyze data for reforecasting
- conduct interviews and performance appraisals for department managers
- motivate and discipline management personnel according to SOPs
- greet guests during peak times and ensure security protocols are followed
- participate in M.O.D. coverage and complete corporate training modules
- attend all scheduled meetings and collaborate closely with Director of Sales for daily meetings
