Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage or hotel management
- Experience working in unionized hospitality environments
- Proven leadership in high-end luxury hotels
- Strong financial orientation with profitability focus
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Availability to work flexible hours as required
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Compete and collaborate with Four Seasons Hotel Boston
- Develop operational career growth plans for staff
- Manage project initiatives including renovations
- Sustain high morale, energy, and accountability within the team
- Establish strong relationships with guests, VIPs, residents, and local patrons
