Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage or hotel management
  • Experience working in unionized hospitality environments
  • Proven leadership in high-end luxury hotels
  • Strong financial orientation with profitability focus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours as required
  • Authorization to work in the United States
