Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with related experience
- Solid front office management experience
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with hotel information systems
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest satisfaction and operational tasks effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum one year related Assistant General Manager experience or three years hotel management experience
- Solid front office management experience within full service, select service or extended stay property
- Proficient computer skills and ability to communicate effectively via email
- Experience with hotel information systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Job Duties
- Lead and facilitate brand and management company training for hotel associates
- Support the General Manager in maintaining and ensuring hotel meets brand standards
- Execute accounts receivable and payable duties
- Oversee the operation of all hotel property departments
- Provide a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and MSDS
- Assist and approve department managers scheduling
- Motivate and empower staff to solve guest issues
