Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • experience managing a luxury hotel or similar upscale property
  • strong food and beverage background
  • demonstrated leadership in a unionized environment
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • ability to manage financial aspects and drive profitability
  • capacity to build community relationships
  • adaptability to fast-paced market conditions
  • willingness to engage with residential and business clients

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • extensive experience in luxury hotel management
  • strong background in food and beverage operations
  • proven leadership skills in managing unionized teams
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to adapt quickly to local culture and business environment
  • entrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning capabilities

Job Duties

  • Drive guest experience and business results through strong food and beverage leadership
  • balance product quality with cost management to ensure profitability
  • engage proactively with the local community and stakeholders
  • maintain visible and guest-centric presence throughout the hotel and surrounding areas
  • manage and inspire a diverse hotel team with effective coaching and leadership
  • build trusted relationships with ownership, asset management, and residents
  • develop and implement strategic business and product initiatives to position the hotel competitively
