Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- experience managing a luxury hotel or similar upscale property
- strong food and beverage background
- demonstrated leadership in a unionized environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- ability to manage financial aspects and drive profitability
- capacity to build community relationships
- adaptability to fast-paced market conditions
- willingness to engage with residential and business clients
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- extensive experience in luxury hotel management
- strong background in food and beverage operations
- proven leadership skills in managing unionized teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to adapt quickly to local culture and business environment
- entrepreneurial mindset with strategic planning capabilities
Job Duties
- Drive guest experience and business results through strong food and beverage leadership
- balance product quality with cost management to ensure profitability
- engage proactively with the local community and stakeholders
- maintain visible and guest-centric presence throughout the hotel and surrounding areas
- manage and inspire a diverse hotel team with effective coaching and leadership
- build trusted relationships with ownership, asset management, and residents
- develop and implement strategic business and product initiatives to position the hotel competitively
