Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Experience in luxury hotel food and beverage operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams
  • Strong financial acumen and cost management skills
  • Ability to engage with community and build external relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotel settings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills including experience with union environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with capability to drive business growth and innovation
  • Ability to adapt to local market culture and consumer behavior
  • Experience in strategic planning and financial management

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive food and beverage product quality while maintaining cost control and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and local community
  • Develop and implement strategies to position the hotel as a premier luxury destination in Minneapolis
  • Oversee a diverse team including unionized staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership
  • Collaborate with local influencers and partners to enhance hotel offerings and community engagement
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies in response to market conditions
