- Proven experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotel settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills including experience with union environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with capability to drive business growth and innovation
- Ability to adapt to local market culture and consumer behavior
- Experience in strategic planning and financial management
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Drive food and beverage product quality while maintaining cost control and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, asset managers, and local community
- Develop and implement strategies to position the hotel as a premier luxury destination in Minneapolis
- Oversee a diverse team including unionized staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership
- Collaborate with local influencers and partners to enhance hotel offerings and community engagement
- Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies in response to market conditions
