Job Requirements
- At least 6 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Warm and friendly demeanor
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Participate in hotel sales efforts including client meetings and receptions
- Tour operating departments daily to ensure smooth operation and staffing
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions
- Meet weekly one-on-one with department heads to review performance and training
- Attend operational line ups regularly
- Ensure timelines for financial reviews and corporate programs are met
- Hold monthly financial reviews with management and supervisors
