Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years leadership, management, or supervisory experience
  • college degree or equivalent preferred
  • working knowledge of hospitality operations including rooms, food and beverage, sales, housekeeping, and engineering
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • pass background check
  • commitment to upholding luxury brand standards
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee rooms division including guest services and housekeeping
  • manage front-of-house food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, pool, and banquets
  • supervise spa, fitness center, and public spaces
  • drive financial performance through revenue growth, labor and expense management
  • provide coaching and support to department leaders
  • collaborate with sales, catering, accounting/hr, and shared services
  • maintain luxury brand standards such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts and AAA
