Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years leadership, management, or supervisory experience
- college degree or equivalent preferred
- working knowledge of hospitality operations including rooms, food and beverage, sales, housekeeping, and engineering
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- pass background check

- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- oversee rooms division including guest services and housekeeping
- manage front-of-house food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, pool, and banquets
- supervise spa, fitness center, and public spaces
- drive financial performance through revenue growth, labor and expense management
- provide coaching and support to department leaders
- collaborate with sales, catering, accounting/hr, and shared services
- maintain luxury brand standards such as Preferred Hotels & Resorts and AAA
