Job Duties
- Responding to guest calls and needs
- performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- conducting HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- maintaining and repairing furniture and appliances
- executing basic room repairs including tile work, drywall, and painting
- assisting with general project assignments from management
