Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or related maintenance field
- knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform maintenance tasks
- valid driver's license
- strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Job Duties
- troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment and systems including HVAC and electrical
- perform preventative maintenance
- conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities
- coordinate maintenance staff activities
- diagnose and resolve potential maintenance problems
- manage maintenance budget and control costs
- ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
