- familiarity with HVAC systems

- Responding to guest calls and needs
- performing basic plumbing repairs
- conducting electrical maintenance
- handling HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- repairing and maintaining furniture and appliances
- executing basic room repairs including tile work, wall repair, drywall, and painting
- completing general project assignments from management
