Job Requirements
- availability for both day and evening shifts
- ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally

- basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry and general maintenance
- ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- perform basic repair and maintenance of facilities guest rooms and public spaces
- maintain building by performing basic repairs carpentry shoveling clean-up work snow and ice removal plumbing electrical painting and related maintenance activities
- inspect and maintain machinery and equipment for conformance with operations and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
- ensure security of any assigned keys
- assist with lost prevention to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates
- assist with preventive maintenance and complete work orders in a timely manner
