Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of relevant maintenance experience
- ability to work with various tools and machinery
- knowledge of safety protocols when handling chemicals
- physical capability to perform maintenance tasks
- willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- at least two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance
- knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems
- certifications in relevant fields are a plus
- ability to work with hand and power tools
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- assist with preventive maintenance of hotel rooms
- perform general maintenance of the hotel
- carry out routine and major repairs
- complete work orders in accordance with high quality standards
- work with hand and power tools
- handle chemicals and operate heavy machinery
- ensure guest satisfaction through quality workmanship
