Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field
- strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems including HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems
- respond to emergency situations such as power outages floods and fire alarms
- perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity and efficiency
- coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed
- maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies
- assist with other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering
