Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC, MEP and refrigeration systems
- ability to operate hand and power tools
- knowledge of OSHA standards for chemical use and storage
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

- ability to operate hand and power tools
- knowledge of OSHA standards for chemical use
- ability to read manufacturer instructions and blueprints
- effective problem-solving and judgment skills
Job Duties
- maintain accurate records on preventative maintenance
- perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections and repair duties as assigned
- adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures and act promptly to correct hazards
- listen to and promptly act to resolve guest problems
- clean and organize maintenance areas
- troubleshoot equipment and identify needs for repair
- keep Chief Engineer informed of all problems or significant matters
