Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and at least 1 year prior experience in relevant field
- electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
- strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- customer service experience in a field service setting
- certification or experience in industrial electrician work
Job Duties
- Identify and troubleshoot problems, making appropriate adjustments when necessary
- maintain appropriate records of preventive maintenance and repairs
- inspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas
- maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function
