Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Ability to work from Wednesday through Sunday including weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Following hotel grooming and dress standards
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Experience in hotel maintenance or related field
- Ability to use power and hand tools efficiently and safely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with hotel life safety systems
Job Duties
- Meets and exceeds customer and team member expectations by providing service and teamwork
- Responds immediately to customer and staff reports of non-functioning equipment
- Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing necessary repairs
- Performs preventative maintenance throughout the hotel including front and back of house
- Maintains operating equipment by routine checks and repairs
- Demonstrates knowledge of life safety systems and takes corrective action on maintenance issues
- Adheres to hotel policies and maintains cleanliness of work areas
