Job Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge and at least 1 year prior experience in relevant field
- Electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Customer service experience in a field service setting
- Certification or experience in industrial electrician work
Job Duties
- Identify and troubleshoot problems, making appropriate adjustments when necessary
- Maintain appropriate records of preventive maintenance and repairs
- Inspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas
- Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function
