Job Requirements

- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Availability to work specified shifts on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Job Duties
- Maintain the rooms preventive maintenance program and keep updated records
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist guests with hotel property knowledge, guest room repairs, and common area maintenance
- Work with managers to recommend maintenance service solutions
- Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations
