Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and climbing
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction
- Excellent dependability and sense of urgency
- Willingness to perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Prior experience in hotel, apartment, or extended stay maintenance roles preferred
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment preferred
Job Duties
- Perform light and preventive maintenance of facility interior and exterior
- Complete light plumbing repairs
- Conduct light electrical tasks
- Execute studio preventive maintenance including painting, caulking, janitorial work
- Prepare rooms after guest move-out
- Identify pest issues
- Maintain and clean public spaces and parking lot
- Execute quarterly preventative maintenance program
- Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, and folding linen and terry
- Cross-train and provide backup for Move-Out, Stay-Over, and Flex Attendants
- Respond to emergencies as on-call maintenance attendant
- Adhere to all standards and perform duties as assigned by supervision
