Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting pushing and carrying equipment
- Willingness to work full-time Thursday through Monday schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests

- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical and HVAC preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting pushing and carrying equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues
- Work with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests
- Assist in maintaining a clean safe and operational environment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
