Job Requirements
- minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
- valid driver’s license preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- experience with preventive maintenance
- knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or electrical work
- certification in pool operation preferred
- basic carpentry and painting skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment preferred
- skills in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
- knowledge of light carpentry and paint/wallpaper application
- certification in pool operation preferred
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- valid driver’s license preferred
- preventive maintenance background preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English
Job Duties
- Maintain and repair hotel mechanical and electrical systems
- install new equipment and systems as needed
- manage preventive maintenance schedules
- troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal guest disruption
- perform light carpentry, painting, and wallpapering tasks
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
