Job Requirements

meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
possess relevant maintenance experience
ability to work flexible hours
strong mechanical aptitude
good physical condition
valid driver's license preferred
pass pre-employment drug test and background check
willing to participate in E-Verify

Job Qualifications

2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance
skills in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
knowledge of light carpentry and surface maintenance
certification in pool operation preferred
excellent communication and problem-solving skills
valid driver's license preferred
preventive maintenance experience
ability to read, write and understand English

Job Duties

maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems
perform preventive maintenance and inspections
install new equipment and systems
troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly
collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
manage maintenance records and schedules
ensure compliance with safety standards
