Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years customer service experience
- schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- no driving responsibilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods
- sufficient hearing, speech, and visual acuity to perform job functions
- adherence to health and safety policies
- ability to collaborate and learn in a team setting

Job Duties
- Engages hotel guests to enhance service experience
- effectively provides information on all hotel outlets and offerings
- responds to special guest requests and follows up to ensure satisfaction
- gathers and provides local area knowledge including special events and activities
- contacts appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or concerns
- safeguards confidential information and adheres to health and safety policies
- reports maintenance issues and ensures timely resolution
- performs other duties as assigned to support department operations
