Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or uniform processing preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be bilingual or proficient in English
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in laundry processing or similar environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Properly sorts, washes, dries and presses uniforms following approved laundry procedures
- Hangs or folds, counts and stacks uniforms following approved laundry procedures
- Collects soiled uniforms along with redistributing clean uniforms
- Transports supplies including clean and soiled uniforms to appropriate storage and collection areas
- Provides quality customer service by offering one on one attention to detail
- Routinely inspects uniforms for wear and tear, identifies worn and torn uniforms, and follows standard operating procedure for uniform damage
- Maintains commercial and residential laundry rooms in clean, orderly and sanitary condition
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be bilingual or efficient in English
