Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- Flexibility to respond to special guest requests and additional duties as needed

Job Duties
- Operate equipment to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, and package guest laundry and dry cleaning, employee uniforms, and hotel linen
- Log, tag, and package guest and employee clothing and uniforms with accuracy
- Pick up from and deliver to guest rooms and the uniforms room all clothing that needs cleaning or has been cleaned
- Iron and fold guest room and Food & Beverage flat work such as sheets and tablecloths
- Maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards
- Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas
- Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
