Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science computer information systems management
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in IT system administration or management
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel IT environments
- Proficient with Windows 10 Windows Server 2019 Office 365
- Familiar with Property Management Systems OnQ Opera LightSpeed
- Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems Agilysys Micros Opera
- Experience with Mitel Prone Switches IP and Analog
- Understanding of networking equipment and internet protocols
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience with networking equipment
- Basic understanding of internet protocols SIP FTP NTP HTTPS
- Demonstrated experience in resolving technical problems
- Ability to navigate through rapid changes with flexibility and imagination
Job Duties
- Provides day-to-day support for property information technology including PMS and POS systems hardware and software installation and upgrades
- Manages all IT during onboarding and offboarding of properties
- Oversees contract management with third-party vendors for property IT systems
- Responsible for inventory maintenance and documentation of all systems at the property level
- Maintains project work plans for implementing IT solutions at the property level
- Assists in IT-related education programs and training for staff members at the property
- Helps ensure compliance with PCI PII GDPR and brand standards
- Maintains standard operating procedures and policies for information technology at the property level
- Implements ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Effectively handles complex situations or problems independently without guidance or supervision
