Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a high performing Sales Manager within Remington or 5+ years related sales experience
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent sales skills and professionalism
- Proven creative thinking
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite and sales systems
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to adhere to attendance policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maximize sales occupancy and rates in conjunction with hotel operations
- Increase profits by increasing room sales and generating business through aggressive sales efforts
- Provide daily support to Sales Managers
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in developing strategic plans to drive revenue
- Lead departmental meetings and participate in hotel team meetings
- Maintain excellent relationships with staff, managers, corporate staff, and ownership
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and work varying schedules as needed
