Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hotel hospitality or room service environment preferred
- Ability to move and lift heavy items repeatedly
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be available for scheduled shifts on Thursday, Friday mornings and weekend evenings
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Capability to lift or carry goods weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 30 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
Job Duties
- Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies
- Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation standards
- Set up and deliver all VIP amenities
- Service all hospitality suites following Banquet Event Orders and hotel policies
- Complete all assigned shift side work as per hotel operating procedures
- Respond to customer needs, comments, issues and problems to ensure a quality experience
- Perform cash handling duties in line with company policies
- Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
