Job Requirements
- ability to lift, push, pull and carry at least 50 pounds

Job Duties
- cleans hotel according to standards and within required timeframes including dusting furniture, sweeping, washing walls, scrubbing floors, washing windows, doors, panels and sills
- empties trash
- vacuums carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- cleans bathrooms
- maintains guest hallways ensuring cleanliness and order
- completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and management
- cleans and polishes floors, windows, mirrors, vending machines, and ice machines
- vacuums, shampoos, and removes soiled spots from carpets
- removes litter from public spaces
- transports trash and waste to disposal areas
- supports housekeepers by assisting with room servicing including stripping beds, removing trash, bagging linen and transporting to laundry
- delivers requested service items and amenities to guestrooms
- uses housekeeping chemicals safely and effectively
- prevents damage to hotel property by exercising proper caution with chemicals and equipment
- reports maintenance requests timely
- actively engages guests and meets their needs aiming to exceed expectations
