Job Requirements
- Six months of guest service experience in a hospitality environment
- ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
- ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours at a time
- ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs.
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- ability to perform repetitive tasks such as making beds and vacuuming
- ability to reach, push, pull, kneel and bend
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure
- ability to work independently
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to appear for work on time
Job Qualifications
- Six months of guest service experience in a hospitality environment
- high school diploma or G.E.D. desirable
- hotel, resort or casino housekeeping and/or custodial experience desirable
- ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
- ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours at a time
- ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs.

Job Duties
- Provides janitorial support to Guest Room Attendants by removing soiled linen and trash from the room attendant carts and vacated rooms
- replenishes supplies in guest rooms
- cleans stained carpets in guest rooms
- cleans and maintains common areas around the hotel
- cleans and maintains hallways
- restocks linen closets
- restocks closets with clean supplies for guest room use
- sorts and delivers soiled linens to the loading dock to be picked up by the laundry service provider
- receives clean linens from a central location, sorts and delivers to housekeeping, spa, and pool departments
- maintains a safe work area by keeping storage areas and housekeeping closets clean, organized, and clear of debris
