Job Duties
- monitor the work activities of the cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- assign duties to housekeeping staff
- inspect guest rooms to meet industry standards
- oversee graded room inspection program including coaching and discipline
- inspect guest common areas to improve staff performance
- implement plans from Senior Executive Manager of Housekeeping
- ensure guest room quality exceeds expectations
