Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
- Good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Monitor the work activities of cleaning staff to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assign duties to housekeeping team members
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage the graded room inspection program
- Coach and discipline housekeeping staff to improve performance
- Implement housekeeping plans and procedures as directed by senior management
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and orderly environment
