Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Over two years of relevant experience in a related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations including chemical usage, biohazard handling, and injury prevention
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Must be able to start second shift at 3:00 p.m.

- Over two years of relevant experience in housekeeping or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to engage professionally with management, employees, and guests
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work second shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Job Duties
- Oversee the smooth operation of the assigned area by supervising, training, directing, and supporting employees
- Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
- Perform daily written guest room inspections according to department standards
- Monitor work productivity of Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
- Communicate any area below departmental standards to Executive Assistant Housekeeper
- Counsel and discipline employees violating department policies or procedures
- Provide regular feedback on job responsibilities and guest service
