Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Over two years of relevant experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations including chemical usage, biohazard handling, and injury prevention
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Must be able to start second shift at 3:00 p.m.

Job Qualifications

  • Over two years of relevant experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with management, employees, and guests
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work second shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the assigned area by supervising, training, directing, and supporting employees
  • Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
  • Perform daily written guest room inspections according to department standards
  • Monitor work productivity of Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
  • Communicate any area below departmental standards to Executive Assistant Housekeeper
  • Counsel and discipline employees violating department policies or procedures
  • Provide regular feedback on job responsibilities and guest service
