Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Flexible schedule including availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping manager experience in a full service or limited service hotel or similar job experience preferred
- 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisor experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
- Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including public spaces and laundry areas
- Supervise housekeeping associates and ensure quality standards
- Develop and manage staff schedules including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve guest service issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure operational excellence
