Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Flexible schedule including availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping manager experience in a full service or limited service hotel or similar job experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisor experience required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations including public spaces and laundry areas
  • Supervise housekeeping associates and ensure quality standards
  • Develop and manage staff schedules including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Address and resolve guest service issues promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure operational excellence
