Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- previous housekeeping manager experience in a full service or limited service hotel preferred
- prior housekeeping supervisor experience of 1-2 years required
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to perform all housekeeping duties
- attention to detail
- experience working in a team-oriented environment
- relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
Job Duties
- manage daily household operations and supervise housekeeping staff
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities
- schedule staff shifts including weekends and holidays
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- conduct training and development programs for housekeeping associates
- handle inventory and supply management for housekeeping
- address guest inquiries and resolve complaints related to housekeeping
