Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years hotel operations experience required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to operate computer systems including Microsoft Office, Front Office PMS and ServicePro
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software such as Front Office PMS and ServicePro
Job Duties
- Establish and enforce procedures for personal and property safety
- Assure cleanliness standards in rooms and lobby to pass QA inspections
- Ensure Marriott Reward/Hilton Honors rooms meet established standards
- Recruit, hire, and assign housekeeping staff
- Schedule housekeeping department according to occupancy forecasts
- Prepare and assign monthly cleaning projects
- Report maintenance deficiencies
- Conduct regular trainings and orientations
- Perform co-worker performance appraisals
- Conduct monthly inventory of linens and supplies
- Serve as Manager-On-Duty and participate in management programs
