Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and standards
  • counsel and interview housekeeping employees
  • resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • perform general office duties including report maintenance
  • supervise daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors
  • coordinate with other hotel departments
  • motivate and lead housekeeping staff
