Job Requirements
- One year of housekeeping experience preferred
- must be flexible in work hours to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes
- must be available to work weekend shifts
- knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning techniques and safe use of chemicals
- must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- must achieve required threshold scores according to brand and company inspections
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience is beneficial
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
- ability to safely use cleaning chemicals
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensures customer satisfaction by cleaning customer rooms according to SREE and brand standards
- removes soiled bed and bath linens and replaces with clean linens as required
- removes accumulated trash and debris from rooms as required
- cleans bathroom area, dusts all surfaces, replenishes room amenities, cleans floors and vacuums rooms
- reports unusual circumstances to hotel management
- reports maintenance requests and replacement orders
- maximizes job efficiency by ensuring supply cart is neat, stocked and orderly
- ensures quality and quantity of linen closet contents and notifies housekeeping manager of any stock shortages
