Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitious tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm
- Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test according to company policy unless prohibited by law
- Ability to pass a background check if over 18 years old
- Preferred weekend availability

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
- Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test per company policy unless prohibited by law
- Ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older, including credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and references
- Preferred availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains all areas of a guest-room including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing all used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors
- Completes daily guest-room task assignments, responds to guest requests and inquiries, reports maintenance issues
- Collects and labels lost and found items
- Cleans assigned public areas such as hallways, pool area, banquet spaces, stairways, public bathrooms, lobby, elevators, fitness center, linen closets, vending machines, outdoor walkways
- Works with cleaning chemicals following safety data sheets and departmental safety guidelines
- Uses personal protective equipment as necessary
- Completes deep clean projects as assigned
- Performs any other projects assigned by supervision
