Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Must be able to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must pass background check and drug screening per company policies

Job Qualifications

Previous experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm
Ability to pass mandatory or random drug test per company policy
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older including credit, criminal, DMV, employment, education, and personal references

Job Duties

Cleans and maintains all areas of guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors
Completes guest-room task assignments daily, responds to guest requests and inquiries
Reports maintenance issues and collects and labels lost and found items
Ensures that all assigned areas including hallways, pool area, video room, banquet spaces, stairways, public bathrooms, lobby, elevators, fitness center, linen closets, vending machines, and outdoor walkways are cleaned daily
Works with chemicals following all safety data sheet guidelines and uses cleaning equipment safely with personal protective equipment
Completes deep clean projects and other tasks as assigned by supervision
