Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is preferred
- Ability to follow hotel procedures and standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to respond politely and timely to guest requests
- Ability to maintain security of equipment and supplies
Job Qualifications
- Functional expert considered a thought leader on a subject preferred
- Detail oriented capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well preferred
- Dedicated devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity preferred
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
