Job Duties
- Prepare rooms for cleaning
- make beds
- dust rooms and furniture
- replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
- clean the bathroom
- clean the closet
- vacuum and rack the carpet
- check and secure the rooms
- deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests
- ensure public areas such as hallways are cleaned and orderly
- manage guest calls, requests, and complaints in the assigned area
- work independently and with a team
- additional tasks may be assigned at any time
