Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Manage guest calls requests and complaints
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Secondary school diploma preferred

- Previous hotel-related experience desired
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products a plus
- Professional attitude required
Job Duties
- Prepare rooms for cleaning
- Make beds
- Dust rooms and furniture
- Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
- Clean the bathroom
- Clean the closet
- Vacuum and rack the carpet
- Check and secure the rooms
- Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests
- Ensure public areas such as hallways are cleaned and orderly
- Manage guest calls, requests, and complaints in assigned area
- Work independently and with a team
- Additional tasks as assigned
