Job Duties
- Prepare rooms for guests by making beds and tidying up guest spaces
- dust, vacuum, and clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards
- freshen and fully stock bathrooms ensuring they are spotless and welcoming
- secure and check rooms to ensure guest safety and comfort
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests such as delivering extra pillows or handling minor issues
- collaborate with team members to maintain efficient housekeeping operations
- follow safety and hygiene guidelines while using cleaning equipment and products
